Being with other mother’s struggling and feeling not alone was a huge turning point for me. The community of women there made me feel strong and secure. I left there with so much knowledge and a new understanding of selfcare. My son and I still go to the Motherhood Center for check in appointments and to visit. The women there have become like a family to us.

To say that the staff at The Motherhood Center were patient and supportive would be an understatement. Each person, from the staff at the front desk, to the clinicians leading groups, to the child-care providers watching my daughter, were kind, non-judgmental, incredibly skilled and compassionate. Most importantly, they kept the hope alive for me that I would get better, even when I had lost all hope myself. My husband, my daughter and I will be forever grateful!
